About the Role
Nowell Care at Home is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team. As part of our mission to provide high-quality home care, you will play a vital role in supporting clients’ health, independence, and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities

Provide direct skilled nursing care to clients in their homes.

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Monitor patient conditions and communicate with physicians and families.
-
Educate clients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
-
Collaborate with caregivers and the care team to ensure continuity of care.

Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness, as required.
Requirements
-
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, BSN, or MSN).

BLS certification (ACLS preferred).

Up-to-date immunizations and TB testing.

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical care tasks.

Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
-
2+ years of nursing experience (home health or long-term care preferred).

Experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities.
-
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
