Personal Care Aide (PCA)

Nowell Care at Home is looking for caring and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide compassionate in-home care and support to our clients. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing)

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands

• Supporting mobility and safe transfers

• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes to supervisors

Qualifications:

• PCA Certification (or willingness to complete training)

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred

• Previous caregiving experience is a plus

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
