Nikki joins us with an impressive background that spans over 12 years in customer service and 10 years in the healthcare field, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our agency.

Nikki is from Philadelphia, PA, where she developed a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring they receive the support they need to achieve their health goals. Her extensive experience in both customer service and healthcare has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

Nikki thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, making her a valuable asset to our team.

In her role as Office Administrative Assistant, Nikki is dedicated to fostering a culture of efficiency and clear communication. Her mission is to provide outstanding administrative support that enhances productivity and strengthens collaboration among our clients, nursing staff, and other medical professionals that she will work with on a day to day basis.
